This gala will help raise much-needed funds for the vital pregnancy support care provided free of charge by Catholic Charities’ Pregnancy Services to more than 600 abortion-vulnerable women and countless families each year. Click for details.
We will be honoring couples who will be celebrating 25 and 50 years of Sacramental Marriage in the Church anytime during the 2026 calendar year on Saturday, June 20th at the 4pm Mass. On Thursday, March 5th the Substance Addiction Ministry (SAM) at St. Angela Merici Catholic Church will be hosting a Community Forum and Resource Fair on Addiction. This event if for those who suffer from an addiction, as well as for the affected family members, giving everyone an opportunity to hear a doctor of addiction medicine educate us about this disease, how it affects the brain, how it is treated, and the effect it has on the whole family, and what we can do to begin recovery. A Little bit of Heaven is coming to Kenner! All four beautiful hand-carved Italian statues have been ordered and we can’t wait to see Mary, St. Joseph, St. Pope John Paul II, and St. Faustina adorn our altar space in the coming months. Thanks to the generosity of many of our parishioners, we were able to raise $70k for this project during iGiveCatholic this past November/December. We still have $30k left to cover the cost of the fourth statue. Please consider donating by clicking here to help cover the cost of this beautification project that will not only elevate our worship space but help all present to visualize the Heavenly reality of the Holy Mass.

The Knights of Columbus Color Guard is coming to Divine Mercy on Saturday, December 6 at the 4pm Mass. If you haven’t seen our Color Guard in person, it is a sight to behold! The KOC Louisiana State Deputy Bobby Charpentier, the Louisiana State Family, and the 4th Degree Color Guard will be in attendance.
